Nephro Warriors is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Nephro Warriors.

Nephro Warriors is an advocacy and peer-support organization. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The content provided across our website, newsletters, and community spaces—including text, graphics, images, and narratives shared by "Warriors" or "Battle Buddies"—is for informational and educational purposes only.

Transplant Lists: While we share resources and navigational guides regarding regional transplant centers (such as UCI or UCSD), Nephro Warriors does not guarantee placement on any transplant list, nor do we influence clinical decisions, medical outcomes, or institutional tiering.

2. Community Conduct & Eligibility
Through our Nephro Corps and Nephro Battle Buddies initiatives, we foster a safe, respectful environment for patient advocacy. By using this site, you agree not to:
Post or transmit any commercial advertising, "spam," phishing attempts, or malicious code.
Harass, abuse, defame, or advocate for violence against any individual, clinical partner, or community member.
Provide fraudulent information, misrepresent medical narratives, or impersonate any person or entity.
3. User-Generated Content
When you share your "Warrior Story," photographs, or media through our platform (including the "Meet a Warrior" feature):
You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Nephro Warriors a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content to advance our public advocacy and awareness mission.
You confirm that you possess the legal right to share this content and that it does not violate the privacy, HIPAA protections, or intellectual property rights of any third party.
We reserve the absolute right to moderate, edit, or decline to publish any submission that contains explicit medical prescriptions, treatment instructions, or content that violates our community standards.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted, all materials on this site—including the Nephro Warriors logo, original educational materials, articles, layout, and original audio/video media productions (including AI-assisted creative media produced by Nephro Warriors)—are the property of Nephro Warriors and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may utilize these materials for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
